Anastasia

FROM BOOK ONE (from the new version that came out in April 2007)

Anastasia says that she “exists for those for whom I exist”. She is definitely a real person living in Russia. There have been many other people besides Vladimir that have met her. The local hunters all know who she is and have heard about her. Many others have met her and the names, places and times are all well documented in the books.

Anastasia lives in Siberia, in the ‘taiga’. The taiga is a huge forest that stretches across much of Siberia and northern Canada. She is a remnant of an ancient Vedic civilization (see book six). Anastasia’s family, her kin, has been living in the cedar forest for many generations over the course of several millennia. They rarely find themselves in contact with ‘normal’ society. It is usually only when they travel in to a village or city that they make contact with any other people. Sometimes they will sell berries and dried mushrooms in the cities when they come.

Anastasia lives in the forest alone (now with her two children). She has no house, hardly any clothes or possessions and doesn’t store any provisions such as food. The only way you might notice her in the forest is because the glades they live in tend to be more beautiful and better taken care of.

She is able to withstand the cold, because according to her the capacity to adapt to changes in the environment has not been lost, and so she has no need for any special clothing. (pp 37)

She goes to bed at nightfall in one of the shelters hollowed out by an animal friend, most often in the bear’s dugout. She slept with Vladimir in the bear’s cave hollowed out of the ground. When it is warm she sleeps right on the grass under the stars.

When she awakes in the morning the first thing she does is offer an exuberant outburst of joy to the rising sun. Then she will offer her love to all the living things around her and all the new shoots and sprouts. She will touch the new growth with her hands and caress them. She runs over to the little trees and gives them a thump on their trunks. The trees will shower down on her something like pollen or dew. Then she lies on the grass and stretches out. Then she runs off and swims in her little lake.

Anastasia relates to animals much like most people relate to their pets. Many of the animals around Anastasia will watch her as she does her morning routine. They don’t normally approach her unless she looks at one of them and makes the tiniest beckoning gesture.

She gives no thought to feeding or clothing herself and walks around nude or semi-nude.

All day long Anastasia engages in meditation, visualizing all sorts of situations from our past, present and future. She possesses a phenomenal memory. (pp 49)

There are two major subjects that Anastasia talks about; Raising children and dachniks. (pp 73)

Vladimir says that he has never seen Anastasia sad. (pp 75)

Anastasia states that she has at her disposal a much more complete method of retrieving information. (pp 82)

According to Vladimir, Anastasia always lays down on the grass when she visualizes something. Her arms are outstretched in different directions, her palms are upturned and opened. She closes her eyes and is completely relaxed.

Anastasia says that anyone could see at a distance using this technique as long as they have a particular kind of upbringing. (pp 83)

Anastasia has a morning routine that is adapted to the conditions of the dacha/garden plot.

She describes a morning routine where a person wakes up at sunrise, walks barefoot out to the garden and visits their plants. She says to be sure and touches them. They love human contact. This does not have to be done everyday, and not even at the same time, but try to do it as much as possible. It should be done as one feels moved to. One thing that is important is to be sure and not wash or shower before visiting the plants. The plants sense the fragrances of the substances emitted by a person’s body through the pores of the skin during the night.

If the morning is warm then find a small grassy patch (very helpful to have nearby) and lie down and stretch out for a few minutes. If some bug or insect crawls on your body don’t chase it away. The bugs can open up the pores causing toxins to be expelled and healing to happen.

If there is a river, lake or pond nearby then wash yourself in it. Or pour water over yourself as you stand barefoot close to the plants and garden, or you can stand in between the beds if possible. It is a good idea to alternate places in the garden where you wash off with water. Do not dry off with a towel. Use your hands and shake the water from your body off onto the garden. After this a person can bathe or shower.

At nighttime it is good to wash your feet with pure water before going to bed. You can use some saltbrush plant or nettles or combine them together, but don’t use any soap or shampoo. Pour the water you have just washed with out on the plants. This will allow toxins to be removed through the pores of the feet and the water that is poured over the garden will give supplemental information to the plants. We must follow this routine as much as possible in order to give the environment a chance to help us heal. (pp 86-87)

According to Vladimir any harsh words directed at Anastasia will feel like a whip cracking against her flesh and make her whole body tremble. (pp 132)

Vladimir says that Anastasia is “incapable of lying”. (pp 118)

She says that she is just like anyone else but has “more information inside me than other people”. (pp 159)

Anastasia says that she has “never done anything bad to anyone and never can”. (pp 162)

She is able to use her imagination and ability to analyze possible situations to accomplish things and help people. (pp 165)

She is able to concentrate and dream up something that always comes to fruition. She says she can do this as long is it is not an abstract dream. The dream must be very detailed and not contradict the laws of spiritual being. Thought has to proceed extremely quickly and there must be a corresponding vibration of feelings.” (pp 169)

Anastasia perceives a persons state of health and happiness by how much light she can detect in them. (pp 186)

Anastasia is not ‘predicting’ the future, she is helping to create it. (pp 227)

Anastasia is very beautiful and she has grayish blue eyes.
